GIOIA

The Residence Gioia is located in Via Cadiz, at two steps from Piazza Garibaldi, the centre of social life in town. We have chosen to call the apartment Gioia in honour of the granddaughter of the apartment owners, which for many years had lived in the upper floors of the palace, which served as a grocery store for the area of the "Spiazzo", Piazza Gianfranceschi.

In the forties the palace was inhabited by the family of Erasmus Terenzi, brilliant person that started the first supermarket of Arcevia with his wife Vittorina, people that are still loved by the whole population of Arcevia.
