The Bakery
The Bakery “Rotatori” of Corinaldo was founded in 1983 by the couple Stella and Elio and the first place of business of the family company took place precisely in Arcevia, where today there is a renewed and welcoming point of sale.
The couple of these historic owners, thanks to the help of two of their four children, with sacrifice and determination, conveyed their own passion through three generations, by retaining the ancient recipes for baking, which are characteristic of the tradition of Marche Region.
The sourdough, wholegrain flour, stone-ground flour or turmeric flour bread, are some examples of our excellence. They are in high demand for the particularity of taste and for their high digestive tolerance and then the “ calcioni”, the cheese pizza and the Wine Must cookies and other baked good delicacies.
Filippo and Diego, the historic founders’ grandchildren, carry on the tradition in memory of their grandparents, by using today the typical PDO and PGI brand products of the Companies situated in the hinterland of the Province of Ancona. They have introduced pastries and Mignon pastries in addition to Grandma Stella’s “cantucci”, ammonia cookies and bundt cake, available throughout the year together with croissants, while during the main holidays it is possible to taste “Panettoni”, “Pandori”, “Torroni” and “Colombe”, that are seasonal excellence and always homemade produced in the lab!
